A little bit about Mi Vida

Hey, I'm Renée, a yoga and mindfulness teacher. I help people who feel stuck and know there is more to their life than there is right now get more clarity, focus, and direction and close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. My mission is to leave you feeling recharged, de-stressed, and more connected to yourself and what is important to you!

But to tell you the truth...

Not that long ago I was losing track of my own goals and desires. I was stuck in a life I felt I didn't belong. I constantly felt overwhelmed and like I was doing too much of the things I didn't want to do and had too little energy and time for the things I wanted to do. It came to a point where I didn't have enough energy to drive home after work..

So I decided it was time to take back my life. I got laser-focused on my life goals and I've put my many ideas into action.

Right now my life is giving me so much energy and I can't wait to help other people feel the same way too, by designing the life they love. I get so much joy from helping people craft their dream journey and seeing that all of it can actually happen. I want to inspire people to be a better version of themselves and have whatever it is they desire. It's time to feel excited about YOUR life too! I truly believe we can do this!

A dream that is written down with a date becomes a goal. A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed up by action becomes reality.

In this day and age, we have become masters of distraction. Having ADD myself I would say I am an expert in being distracted. Through the journey of mindfulness, and yoga, I have learned a lot about the mind and how to get clarity and stay focused. Now I am dedicated to helping my students get laser-focused on their goals and get excited about their life and reach their full potential!

I will help you to clear your mind and kickstart your mindfulness practice. You will form, and structure your desires. Talk is cheap, goes the saying, but when you put your thoughts on paper and read them aloud and see them every day, they become more focused, more serious.
